Brandon shares, “if it can be done flat, it can be done elevated. Blessedly, my mentors have always encouraged me to train in a way that provides me a strong and vast technical foundation so that I am limitless in saying any and everything I want to say. In this class, we get into what that means. I am hoping that all who attend will leave with a greater understanding of self, ballet, heels, and dance in general (beyond the standard aesthetics that make it to the stage).”
This class is geared towards experienced movers. What does this mean? You have an awareness of your body’s physical abilities and want to learn more about them! You do not need an extensive relationship with Ballet to take this class. Some knowledge of Ballet terminology will be helpful.
Brandon is big on building a sense of community in his classes. He teaches from a place of love, joy and staying curious about oneself. He encourages you to come as you are, no matter where you are!
