I started dancing at age 3 - it guided me into wanting to work with dancers in Physical Therapy school. I have always moved, I have always done pirouette's in my kitchen (even now). I love that living in NYC brought dance back to my life and FINALLY integrated with my career. It was a blessing, a joy and a dream to work with professional ballerinas. It opened my eyes to the cross-training and details and focus and EVEN more, the hard work that goes into the craft. I LOVE that I get to tell other people what I learned with working with these dancers and my mentor - it's an honor to share that information and specificity to new audiences!
